HOW TO ORDER
You may place an order by printing out the order form and faxing it to (315) 354-5481, or e-mailing your order to sbj@frontiernet.net . If you choose to e-mail your order, do not include your credit card number. You can call (315) 354-5481 with your credit card, or include your phone number on the order form and I will call you. You can also send it regular mail!
PAYMENT OPTIONS
I accept Visa, MC, Discover or American Express. I also accept money orders, cashier checks or personal checks. However, after receiving a personal check, I will allow 10 business days for the check to clear before shipping merchandise.

GUARANTEES, RETURNS & REFUNDS |

All work is guaranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship upon delivery. Any item may be returned at the buyer's expense within 7 days of date it was received as long as the item is in it's original, unused condition. I will issue a refund, credit or exchange. Please call or e-mail before returning an item for a return authorization number. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable on returns, unless an item is being returned because it arrived damaged. Should any piece arrive damaged, I will replace or repair the piece at no additional expense or issue a full refund.
